The summer is coming to a close, and although we hope there are many more weeks to continue riding into the fall, it is time to start planning for winter. That means that it is time to start thinking about seasonal storage for your motorcycle!
Where do you store your machine in the off season? Is it left out in the cold and exposed to the elements? Do you just put a cover over it and let it sit neglected? How do you care for your battery when the bike isn’t running regularly? Do you treat your fuel to guard against breakdown?
Let Wolfe Worx take care of your prized possessions! We store all of our bikes in an indoor temperature-controlled environment where your machine will stay warm, dry, and cared for while the winter rages on outside.
For only $2.00 a day, you can rest assured that your bike is protected from the elements inside a secure facility where we will keep it warm and dry.
Storage Service
For a small additional fee, we offer a 3-part storage service where we will also drain the carbs, stabilize the fuel, and tend the battery for you so that your machine is ready to go in the spring!
The 3-part storage service includes the following:
- We drain the carbs to get rid of all the ethanol-based fuel, which has a tendency to gum things up and can leave varnish over time.
- We stabilize the fuel with a protectant that keeps fuel fresh for up to 2 years in storage. It removes water to prevent corrosion, and it helps clean carbs and fuel injectors. Our stabilizer also prevents gumming, varnish, and rust, and it eliminates the need to drain the fuel from your tank.
- Lastly, we will tend your battery to maintain it at the proper storage voltage to keep it fresh and ready to start your bike come the warmer weather.
